1972-1988
Philip Vaglica began construction specializing in concrete high-rise buildings.
1989-1994
Philip Vaglica founded ‘Unicorn Developers’ a general contracting company, now known as Med-Mar Group.
1995-2008
Gateway Engineering Services is developed under the leadership of our company president Dr. Joseph Vaglica, P.E.
2009-2018
GES grows a synergistic group of companies in the building industry through the addition of Haus Realty
2019-Present
GES leads $500+ Million dollars worth of projects, both locally and nationally.
